Our floral workshops offer a delightful opportunity to unleash your creativity alongside friends, enjoying plenty of laughter as you discover your knack for arranging flowers! These sessions are also perfect for corporate team-building activities, fostering camaraderie and collaboration among colleagues.

Hand-tied Bouquet Workshops
In this workshop our florist will show you how to build the perfect bouquet in your hands using a professional spiral technique. We will cover the types of flowers used & discuss other flower options for hand-ties, how to select colour palettes and lastly how to water bag & gift wrap the bouquet. You will make a bouquet which is the equivalent of our ’The Bee’s Knee’s’ bouquet which is our medium size approx 15inches in diameter.
Summer Vase Arrangement Workshop
A perfect workshop for those who often buy flowers for home & want to learn how style them like a professional! Learn how to pick the freshest blooms and prepare them for the the vase, care tips and most importantly how style your flowers.
Our florist will demonstrate how to build your arrangement from placing the first few stems in the vase right through to a stunning arrangement. You will be guided throughout the workshop to make your masterpiece.
Wreath Workshops
Who says wreaths are only for Christmas? At Iris & the Bee, we celebrate every season, and what better way to do that than by decorating your front door with something beautiful! Our workshop will teach you the fundamentals of wiring a handmade wreath, provide tips on seasonal elements to include, and give you the confidence to create stunning wreaths all year round.

My friends and I have participated in several floral workshops with Iris & The Bee- creating everything from spring flower arrangements to winter wreaths- and I can’t tell you how thoroughly enjoyable each experience was for us all. Until I took Laura’s workshops, I had no idea how much went into building the perfect arrangement. But she showed us step-by-step (and with as much handholding as you need!) how to go from an empty vase to a unique and beautiful arrangement, complete with at-home care instructions to ensure you can admire its beauty for as long as possible. Beyond being a super fun experience, it was also fascinating to see how different each of our arrangements turned out to be, despite the fact that we all had access to the same flowers and were building into the same vases. It made me really appreciate what a creative process it is. We cannot wait for the next one!

I have done lots of workshops with Iris & the Bee and my friends that covered the full spectrum from Christmas wreaths to tropical summer botanics. Laura is an amazing florist who taught us not just how to arrange the flowers we were working with that day, but also skills that I’ve been using ever since. Even the corner shop flowers I buy on the weekends now look much better in their vase thanks to what I learned from Laura!

I can’t recommend Iris & the Bee’s workshops enough.
